One Hagdan Villas is accredited by the Department of Tourism (DOT), with Certificate of Authority to Operate (CAO). There are five modern minimalist villas, namely,

• Hakbang
• Pihala
• Yapak
• Baytang

Each villa has:

• Four rooms (two guests per room)
• Living area
• Dining area
• Kitchen
• Billiard room
• Four-feet infinity pool with shower area

Every bedroom has a flat-screen TV, spacious closet and toilet and bath. All villas have generators on standby. Power outage is a usual occurrence on the island.
