Join me as I spend the day buying my favorite books in the ongoing Scholastic Warehouse Sale in C. Raymundo Avenue, Pasig City. The sale will run until June 18, 2017.

After getting my loot, I went to meet Ortigas Central Business District to have lunch and catch up with my friend, Fritzie. We went to Senor Pollo and enjoyed a sumptuous meal. Their Southern Iced Tea is thirst quenching especially after spending a lot of time in the sun walking. The Senor Pollo Chicken Roast tops my list of chicken recipe favorites! Well cooked yet tender. The sauce or dip is to die for, too. Chimichurri. The waiter told me that Chimichurri is a blend of parley, olive oil and garlic just to mention a few. Because we were so full, we decided to have a short walk in Sapphire Bloc. Lo and behold! Did this building just sprout from somewhere? I was surprised that a lot of decent restaurants are housed there. I should go back there soon.
